2017 the year of adventures

In 2017 we only ran one trail race together , didn't get a lot of new gear, didn't suffer from any major injuries. 2017 was definitely  the year of adventure runs . We love running races, but we really love taking a day off of work and going out to the mountains. A lot of our adventures tested our skills as ultrarunners: an 18 mile run that turned into 37, major mental toughness skills in the Grand Canyon, having to plan new routes on the fly because of forest fires, just to name a few. Chuckanut 50k - our only trail race together in 2017 I also bought a Sprinter Van in 2017, which my husband and I are in the process of converting to a campervan so we can use it for our adventures.
