Second Annual Santa Hat Run

Finished-- still dry and warm

This year we (Ann) wised up and decided to do our lit-up, costumed, Santa-hat-shaped holiday run on Friday morning, one week before Christmas. That way we weren't tired from previous Forest Park miles like last year, and we didn't have weekend afternoon crowds to contend with.

In fact, it turned out wonderfully-- no rain, no crowds, we were familiar with the many route turns from last year, and we all looked damn cute. Cedar got a new reindeer headband, and I got the same fun Brooks "ugly xmas sweater" running shirt that Ann got last year. She didn't even mind being twinsies with me-- now that's a Christmas miracle!

Here's the fun part-- the route on Strava
